So if Punkbuster installed correctly just go to your game folder and check,is there a folder call pb or PB.. You will think that they are kicked from the servers because they are hackers or cheaters..Actually nope..This software will kick other gammers too if the punkbuster is not installed or updated..Actually, we cannot find the hackers from this software.
